The Hoyt Laboratory
The Hoyt Lab is focused on the ecology and evolution of infectious diseases. The lab works on both basic and applied research questions primarily in emerging infectious disease of wildlife. Their current research projects are focused on 1) understanding pathogen transmission through multi-host communities and 2) examining differences in endemic and epidemic disease states.
